Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company, part of Kiewit Corporation, is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on power generation and industrial projects. You will lead field crews, coordinate with project teams, and drive execution from planning through turnover.

Based in multiple locations across the US, you will travel to job sites, ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality standards while mentoring field personnel and supporting planning and commissioning

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Superintendent or similar on industrial projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specs.
• Proven leadership of large craft workforces and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, scheduling, and productivity practices.
• Willingness to travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical construction activities for power and industrial projects.
• Direct craft supervision and coordinate daily work plans to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, quality, and scheduling teams.
• Monitor productivity, manpower, and equipment utilization.
• Review drawings and work packages to align with project requirements.
• Support workforce development through coaching and training.
• Participate in planning meetings, safety reviews, and reporting.
• Assist with turnover and commissioning activities.
