Rogers Electric is seeking a talented Superintendent to lead onsite electrical teams and foremen, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on construction sites.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of electrical experience, strong mentoring and communication skills, and ability to coordinate with project managers. Travel and overtime are required; Procore and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Superintendent experience leading foremen and field crews on construction sites.
• Electrical expertise including new construction, remodels, planning, blueprint reading, conduit, wiring, terminations, testing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onsite electrical superintendent/foremen oversight and management.
• Travel to work sites on regular short notice; provide leadership and safety walks.
• Train foremen on reviews and cost-to-complete budgets and updates.
• Coordinate with project managers to address manpower, materials, and equipment needs.
• Manage foremen and manpower with regular reviews and forecasting.
