Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead onsite electrical foremen across construction sites. You will oversee manpower, material, and equipment, ensuring quality and safety across projects and travel to various sites as needed.

The role requires 15+ years in commercial/industrial electrical work, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office. Proficiency in blueprint reading and license qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Superintendent experience leading foremen and field crews.
• Extensive blueprint reading, conduit installation, wiring, testing, troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite electrical superintendent/foremen oversight.
• Travel to work sites; provide onsite leadership, reviews, quality control, safety walks/inspections.
• Train foremen on job reviews including 25%, 50%, 75%, closeout; manage budget updates.
