Job summary

TEC Industrial seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead on-site teams for industrial projects, ensuring timely completion, safety, and quality. Under supervision, you will coordinate foremen and staff, interface with owners and engineers, and manage costs and procurement across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in industrial construction management, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight schedules. A B.S.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial construction management preferred.
• Data Center experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and schedules.
• Safety training and OSHA knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise foremen and project staff on site.
• Direct interface with Owner and Engineers.
• Develop construction plans and deliverables for field.
• Perform cost control and manage change orders.
• Coordinate resources and subcontractors.
