TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on selected projects. You will lead field crews, coordinate with engineering and project teams, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across diverse sites.

The role requires travel to project locations, strong leadership, and the ability to manage large craft workforces while maintaining project integrity and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical construction activities on large-scale projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specs.
• Proven leadership of field personnel and coordination with project teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; travel to project sites required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical construction activities for power generation and industrial projects.
• Direct craft supervision and coordinate daily work plans to hit milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, quality, and scheduling teams.
• Monitor productivity, manpower, equipment utilization, and progress.
• Review drawings and work packages to align with requirements.
• Identify and resolve field issues to minimize schedule/cost impacts.
• Coach, mentor, and train field personnel.
• Participate in planning meetings, safety reviews, and reporting.
• Support turnover and commissioning activities.
