Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Superintendent 2, Lead Electrical for Mission Critical projects. The role plans, manages and executes all aspects of complex electrical construction, oversees material and equipment, staff, and on-site documentation to meet project goals and profitability.

You will support JE Dunn's strategy and values across the Advanced Facilities Group. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction and 3+ years of field supervision, with Lean

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles (Preferred).
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; travel may be required.
• May require non-traditional hours to meet project needs.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages subcontractors and overall workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages project site care and control.
• Leads daily standups and weekly trade meetings, participates in OAC meetings.
• Creates and manages project schedule in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Tracks and monitors budget and costs using project reports.
