IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical in Lithia Springs, GA seeks an Electrical Superintendent-Data Center to lead installation of electrical systems for a high-scale data center project.

The role requires 10+ years in electrical construction supervision, experience with large $20M-$100M projects, and strong safety/quality leadership. Travel and background checks are part of the process; the team collaborates with PMs on buyouts and schedules.

Qualifications

• Current State Electrical Journeyman License or 4-year engineering degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years experience in electrical construction supervision.
• Experience in technical industrial, Pharmaceutical, or Data Center environments.
• Hyperscale data center experience preferred.
• Experience with $20M-$100M electrical projects preferred.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
• Understanding of construction and labor scheduling, cost control, and ability to supervise large groups.
• Ability to perform takeoffs and pricing for changes orders and related project work.
• Excellent computer, communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills.
• Background check and MVR check.

• Evaluates productivity and schedules and makes the adjustments required to optimize efficiency.

• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain

• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check.
