Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field leadership
• OSHA 10 certification
• Construction Management or Engineering degree required

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets.
• Coordinate with direct-hire supervision, subcontractors, field engineering, and project controls.
• Develop and monitor the three-week look-ahead schedule and corrective action plans.
• Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available to support scheduled work.
