Job summary

Ajax Systems in the United States is seeking a field-based technical trainer and account-support specialist. You will conduct on-site demonstrations at distributor branches, showcase products to electricians and project teams, and collaborate with distributor sales to support visits.

You will train distributor staff both commercially and technically, handle events, relay inquiries to HQ, run certification programs, and keep distributors updated on new products and features.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site demonstrations and provide support within distributor branches to showcase products and solutions to electricians and project teams.
• Collaborate with distributor sales teams to support customer visits and live demonstrations, ensuring effective communication and technical assistance.
• Facilitate training sessions, both commercial and technical, for distributor branches to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Provide support for events organized by distributors or our company, offering expertise from both commercial and technical perspectives.
• Act as a liaison between customers and our headquarters, filtering and forwarding technical inquiries and requests to the appropriate channels.
• Coordinate and deliver certification programs, either through local sessions or webinars, to educate electrical customers on our products and solutions.
• Regularly update selected distributor branches on new products, features, and functionalities, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to promote our offerings effectively.
