Job summary

Eaton's GEIS Crouse-Hinds B-Line division seeks a Sales Representative to develop and execute a territory sales plan in southern Florida, with Deerfield Beach residency required.

This remote role targets market growth, specification influence, and new product opportunities across a broad portfolio of electrical and electromechanical infrastructure solutions for industrial, commercial, and institutional markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum three (3) years sales experience (Inside Sales or Outside Sales) in the electrical industry or a related field.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• No relocation is offered; residence within 75 miles of Deerfield Beach, FL is required.
• Eaton will not sponsor employment immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop a territory sales plan to obtain greater market share by securing orders for existing and new products.
• Create demand for Crouse-Hinds/B-Line products with accounts in industrial, electrical contractor, constructor, architect/engineer, and government segments.
• Plan and allocate time for sales activities with distributors, major accounts, and major jobs in the territory based on potential.
• Maintain records to manage selling activities and expenses for Crouse-Hinds/B-Line properties.
• Be familiar with competitor products and continuously increase knowledge of Crouse-Hinds/B-Line offerings and applications.
• Conduct user investigations and provide support to sales teams and distributors.
