Job summary

TRIO Electric is seeking an experienced Construction Recruiter to own full-cycle searches from intake to accepted offers and to build strong pipelines for electricians, foremen, project leaders, superintendents, and other leadership roles. You will recruit across the business, selling TRIO’s opportunities and maintaining candidate engagement through interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, agency recruiting, or direct-search experience.
• Proven success finding, engaging, and closing passive candidates.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and talent pipelines at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Define role requirements, success profiles, compensation, and hiring timelines with hiring leaders.
• Translate workforce needs into targeted sourcing and hiring plans.
• Build proactive pipelines for immediate vacancies, recurring positions, and future growth.
• Identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, and job boards.
• Provide concise updates on pipeline strength, candidate quality, risks, and required decisions.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, references, and final hiring decisions.
