You will build scalable recruiting pipelines, develop strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market, and track metrics to continuously improve hiring processes across multiple regions. This is a key growth role in a fast‑moving, specialist recruiting firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades or construction management roles is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven.
