Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years' skilled trades staffing experience, electrical industry experience preferred.
• 1 year experience using Applicant Tracking and Pipeline Recruiting software.
• Current knowledge of MS Office, internet navigation and social media applications.
• Knowledge of federal/state/local employment laws and FCRA.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting process and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
• Develop and implement requisition pipelines and staffing strategies with HR.
• Post jobs externally via internet, social media, and other resources.
• Communicate internal job postings and employee referral programs.
• Maintain timely ATS updates with applicant dispositions and interview results.
• Attend career fairs from schools to veteran events; build community relationships.
• Travel as required.
