PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a driven Corporate Recruiter with construction industry experience to support our growing workforce. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across field, skilled trades, and corporate roles, with a strong emphasis on sourcing high-quality talent in a competitive labor market.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in construction, skilled trades, or related industries.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar platforms).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for field and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, timelines, and role requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill construction and skilled trade roles.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
• Build and maintain pipelines of electricians, linemen, project managers, and other critical roles.
• Attend job fairs, industry events, and workforce development initiatives.
