Responsibilities include client scoping, budgeting, contract management, and supervising staff. You’ll work on-site and coordinate with cross-functional teams while maintaining compliance with safety and company

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in project/service/facility management
• Experience selling service contracts to meet client needs
• Strong leadership and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Provide initial client contact to assess facility or service needs
• Prepare complete estimates and budgets for contracts or projects
• Manage service contracts from 1 to 5 years, including electrical and fire alarm scopes
• Assign tasks to staff for projects and work orders
• Understand client terms and rates to sustain profitable service accounts
• Oversee financial aspects with Project Assistant/Service Coordinator
• Prepare monthly cost reports under Division Manager guidance
• Schedule regular visits to sustain service accounts and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of project status and promote a win-win approach with drivers
• Coordinate with Business Development for aligned efforts
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and procedures
• Adapt to division needs and take on additional responsibilities
