Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Service Manager I for our Pflugerville, TX area to provide administrative and service support for small recurring and non-recurring work, including service contracts, projects, and work orders.

The role emphasizes profitability, client satisfaction, and effective team leadership. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in project/service/facility management, strong communication skills, and experience with CMMS/estimation tools.

Qualifications

• Three+ years experience in project, service, or facility management.
• Experience promoting and selling service contracts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project documentation (submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes).
• Supervise and direct work activities; plan, coordinate, resolve issues.
• Prepare estimates and budgets for service contracts or projects.
• Manage scopes of work for electrical and fire alarm services; maintenance, repairs, renovations.
• Coordinate with Business Development and other groups to ensure profitability.
