Job summary

Rosendin in Abilene, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, lead a team of Project Managers and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will manage scope, schedules, and client relationships on electrical construction programs, applying strong financial and contracting acumen.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field, 10+ years of PM experience in electrical construction, PE a plus, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• PE license a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management in electrical construction.
• Strong leadership and financial forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Supervise staff in day-to-day administration of a job.
• Train and supervise Project Managers in company philosophy and systems.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders.
• Maintain logs to track progress.
• Liaise with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction.
• Monitor activities to keep project on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare monthly costing reports.
• Manage financials of contracts including billing and expenses.
• Represent company in meetings with client and subcontractors.
