Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Services Manager 1 to oversee administrative and service support for small recurring and non-recurring work, including contracts, projects, and work orders.

The role requires managing documentation, budgets, and scopes of work while coordinating with the division to maintain profitability and high client satisfaction. Travel is up to 50% and a strong benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a project management, service management, or facility management role.
• Demonstrated experience in promoting and selling service contracts to serve client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Supervise and direct work activities, ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Prepare estimates and budgets for service contracts, projects, or service calls.
• Oversee scopes of work within service contracts including electrical and fire alarm services.
• Monitor financials of contracts to protect company interests and profitability.
• Schedule visits with managers to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
