Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ management experience in a service industry.
• High school diploma, GED, or its equivalent required.
• Detail oriented and organized multi‑tasker with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and control all phases of the electrical service operations.
• Evaluate and schedule service work to maximize profits.
• Bid on and maintain service agreements.
• Meet goals and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients, lead technicians, and office staff.
• Train, develop, and hold your team accountable to performance standards and KPIs.
• Participate in budget planning and billing accuracy.
