Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
• Minimum 10 years of successful project management experience in electrical construction.
• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight in client management, financial reporting, and workforce planning.
• Promote growth and development of client relationships and project teams.
• Manage workload, development of staff, and client development skills.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships, including timely payments.
• Lead monthly project reviews to ensure schedules, quality, safety, and profitability.
• Coordinate project close-out meetings and verify project data sheets with clients.
