Job summary

Enterprise Electrical in Austin, Texas seeks an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead our service operations. You will manage technicians, coordinators and support staff, driving scheduling, dispatch, and service delivery while growing the division’s revenue and customer base.

This senior role focuses on day-to-day service delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction, with on-site work in Austin and occasional flexibility for emergency coverage.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience overseeing technicians or field teams.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial electrical service operations.
• Experience with scheduling, dispatch and workforce utilization.
• Proven P&L, pricing, budgeting and cost-control experience.
• Successful track record growing service agreements and retaining customers.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with service management software (CRM/dispatch).
• OSHA 30 certification required; Journeyman/Master license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Technicians, coordinators and admin staff.
• Manage scheduling, dispatch and workforce utilization.
• Develop the division’s revenue, profitability and customer base.
• Oversee service agreements, preventative maintenance and emergency response.
• Manage P&L, pricing, labor efficiency, margins and costs.
• Build customer relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Recruit and retain a high-performing service team.
• Establish KPIs for productivity, response times and satisfaction.
• Ensure NEC, OSHA compliance and safety requirements.
• Identify opportunities to convert service work into larger projects.
