Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Leader to guide preconstruction strategy and execution for large-scale electrical construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

You will lead conceptual and detailed estimates, budgeting, cost analysis, and constructability reviews, while mentoring teams and coordinating with operations, engineering, procurement, and executives to pursue and deliver complex projects.

Qualifications

8+ years in electrical construction estimating, preconstruction, or leadership.
Proven leadership within a commercial electrical contractor or similar org.
Strong grasp of electrical systems, design practices, and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead preconstruction activities for large electrical projects from pursuit to turnover.
Oversee conceptual and detailed estimates, budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.
Mentor estimating and preconstruction teams; establish best practices.
Review drawings, specs and design docs to identify scope, risk and opportunities.
Develop conceptual budgets and provide cost guidance during design.
Lead value engineering and constructability reviews to improve cost and schedule.
