Dixie Electric, Plumbing & Air in Opelika, Alabama is seeking a motivated, highly organized Electrical Service Department Coordinator to join our Commercial & Industrial team. You will coordinate and schedule service calls, dispatch technicians, and manage daily work orders to ensure smooth operation and timely invoicing.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a busy service environment.
• Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and MS Office/Excel.
• Pass a drug test and background check.
• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or office coordination preferred.
• Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or construction industry experience is a plus.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule electrical service calls, technicians, and daily work assignments.
• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with customers, electricians, service managers, and project managers.
• Manage service appointments, dispatching, and scheduling changes.
• Maintain accurate work orders, customer information, and service documentation.
• Create and provide customers with invoices.
• Assist with billing follow-ups, and outstanding accounts receivable.
• Track open work orders and ensure completed work is processed for timely invoicing.
• Support department productivity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize ServiceTitan or similar service management software.
