You will oversee technicians and installation crews, drive recruitment and training, and ensure compliance with safety standards while maximizing department profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a leadership role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Residential Electrician Service Technicians and Installation Crews.
• Recruit, interview, train, manage, and evaluate field technicians.
• Conduct ride-alongs with technicians and provide feedback.
• Ensure repairs and installs meet high quality standards and obtain permits when required.
• Monitor goals, manage workload and schedules, and maximize profits.
• Ensure efficient technician dispatch and assist in field issues.
• Facilitate weekly meetings and maintain OSHA safety compliance.
• Provide market and revenue feedback to management and stay within department budget.
• Aim to meet or exceed company goals and grow maintenance memberships.
