Job summary

Goliath Construction Consulting, Inc. seeks an experienced Electrical Service Department Manager to lead and scale a growing service operation in the Atlanta market.

You will build the team, hire Service Managers, expand client relationships, and create structure to support continued growth. Responsible for commercial, industrial, and healthcare markets, you will oversee revenue, profitability, staffing, forecasting, and operations while ensuring customer service, safety, and quality standards

Qualifications

• Experience leading an electrical contracting service department.
• Proven ability to grow or scale a service operation, business unit, or division.
• Experience serving commercial and industrial customers; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and leading service management and field teams.
• Strong business development, financial, and operational management skills.
• Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented leader who is comfortable building teams and creating structure.

This is an opportunity for an accomplished electrical service leader to take ownership of a department with significant growth potential. This individual will be responsible for building the team, hiring and developing Service Managers, expanding client relationships, and creating the structure needed to support continued growth.

Primary customers are in the commercial, industrial, and healthcare markets.
