TE Certified Electricians is seeking an Electrical Service Manager for the Jonesboro, GA area. You will lead and grow a residential electrical service department, recruit, train, coach, and guide technicians, and manage service operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality work.

The role emphasizes teaching technicians how to repair and service electrical systems, while delivering strong sales orientation and service delivery in a well-established company.

We are hiring for an Electrical Service Manager out of Jonesboro, GA location! This position requires someone with the knowledge and skill to successfully run and improve a residential electrical service department.

Ideal candidates should:

• Have significant residential electrical service experience, excellent troubleshooting and training abilities, and a good understanding of the residential electrical service, sales, and install process.
• Be able to run a service department and handle management-level responsibilities, including recruiting, training, coaching, and instructing electrical service technicians.
• Be comfortable fielding technical phone calls, as well as handling difficult situations and demanding customers.
• Be confident riding along and training new technicians.
• Be able and willing to teach technicians how to repair and service electrical systems, as well as train on customer service and sales.
• Be comfortable and confident operating a first-class electrical service department within an established business.

This position is well suited for a senior technician or manager with strong technical abilities and good management skills who lives in or near the Jonesboro area.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of electrical service and excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Significant experience in RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICAL SERVICE. Management experience is not required but is strongly preferred.
• Live within 25 miles of Jonesboro, GA.
• Drug-free with a clean background and driving record.
