Job summary

RESA Power, LLC is seeking a Service Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at Nashville and Lebanon, TN, and to mentor a growing technical workforce. The role emphasizes customer relationship management, strategic growth, safety compliance, and profitability-driven leadership.

The SBM will coordinate field work, review quotes and test reports, and partner with senior leadership to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Travel and out-of-town assignments may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years related experience.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as NETA, NEC, OSHA and NFPA.
• Experience with MCCs, breakers, relay testing; military training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the location/department and address customer concerns, employee questions, and facility issues.
• Hire and train direct reports; conduct interviews, set goals, mentor and coach technicians, and audit performance quality.
• Schedule local team work and coordinate larger jobs with other managers.
• Offer technical options to customers; prepare/ review quotes; perform job walks and review test reports.
