You will develop relationships, identify electrical needs, and coordinate with operations to ensure a seamless transition from sale to project completion.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of electrical sales or related experience in one of the listed areas.
• Experience in electrical project management or hands-on electrical work is acceptable.
• Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow electrical service and project sales with commercial and industrial customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify upcoming electrical needs.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and existing relationships.
• Evaluate opportunities, review plans, and help develop estimates and proposals.
• Present proposals, negotiate pricing/scope, and move opportunities to contract award.
• Collaborate with operations, estimating, and project teams for smooth handoff.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
• Follow up on completed projects to uncover additional opportunities.
