Blue Collar Services in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a seasoned Commercial Electrical Sales & Business Development Manager to lead the sales effort and grow key accounts in the commercial electrical sector.

You will build relationships with general contractors, property managers, and commercial clients, deliver compelling proposals, and close high-value contracts in a fast-paced field sales environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or business development experience in the commercial electrical or construction industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, services, and project scoping.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret commercial construction plans and specifications is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
