Job summary

Jenco in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Safety Manager to build a proactive safety culture across the business unit. You will ensure regulatory compliance and partner with operations to create safe, efficient job sites.

You will lead safety training, incident investigations, and performance reporting, driving continuous improvements while supporting return-to-work processes and worker safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in construction safety management.
• Deep understanding of OSHA standards and practices.
• Certifications: OSHA 500, CPR & First Aid, Emergency Response.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and audits.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture aligned with company priorities.
• Lead site visits, inspections, coaching, and safety initiatives.
• Ensure OSHA and NFPA regulatory compliance and reporting.
• Develop safety training and onboarding programs.
• Lead incident investigations and route-cause actions.
