Job summary

K2 Electric, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Construction Safety Leader to drive safety across field and office. You will own incident investigations, develop policies, and lead training to prevent incidents while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will manage high-risk activities, implement NFPA 70E, and partner with project teams to embed safety in planning, ensuring a strong safety culture and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction safety with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and NFPA 70E.
• Experience leading policy governance and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage incident investigations end-to-end with timely RCA and corrective actions.
• Lead safety policy development, SOPs, and change-management for field and office.
• Direct safety training, site visits, and audits to ensure compliance and adoption.
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide high-risk mitigation strategies and controls.
• Coordinate with project teams to embed safety in pre-construction planning.
