K2 Electric, Inc. is seeking a Safety Leader to oversee safety programs across field and office operations in the Phoenix area.

This role emphasizes immediate accident investigation, training, and promoting a strong safety culture with field leaders and tradespeople. Responsibilities include organizing safety tasks, conducting site walks, and ensuring compliance with OSHA/EPA standards while coordinating with foremen, technicians, and supervisors to minimize incidents and maximize customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of commercial construction safety experience.
• Commercial electrical experience preferred.
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship preferred.
• OSHA & EPA standards in relation to construction.

Responsibilities

• Investigate accidents immediately upon notification.
• Ensure safety of field and office staff.
• Train new hires and promote K2 safety culture.
• Assist Foreman & Techs with safety-specific tasks.
• Conduct weekly site walks and inspections.
• Lead safety topics during leadership and safety meetings.
• Participate in Safety Committee meetings.
