K2 Electric is seeking a senior Safety Director to safeguard field and office operations in Arizona. You will lead incident investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive the company's safety culture across projects, sites, and fleets.

Responsibilities include policy governance, training, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with project teams, HR, and leadership to reduce risk and improve safety outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction safety with progressive responsabilités.
• Leadership of safety programs, policies, and audits across sites.
• OSHA 500/510 and CHST/ASP/CSP are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accident investigations, oversee workers' compensation reporting and RCA closure.
• Maintain and enforce safety policies; drive safety culture and field leadership accountability.
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide safety strategy and policy governance lifecycle.
