Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate safety training and certification records.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and assist with identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Promote employee engagement and accountability through coaching, communication, and positive reinforcement.
• Partner with supervisors and leadership to continuously improve safety performance.
• Serve as a safety resource and mentor for employees at all levels.
• Help build a workplace culture where employees view safety as a shared responsibility.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Safety Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is an urgent opportunity for a safety professional with a strong electrical safety background who can help develop and maintain a proactive safety culture across our operations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical safety knowledge, excellent training capabilities, and a coaching-focused approach to safety. This person will work closely with employees and leadership to identify hazards, improve safe work practices, and ensure employees have the knowledge and certifications necessary to perform their jobs safely.

We are looking for someone who is motivated to grow with the organization, contribute to a positive safety culture, and build strong relationships with employees rather than simply policing compliance.

Key Responsibilities
