Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Safety Lead to manage health and safety across multiple projects. You will oversee on-site safety, subcontractors, and vendor personnel, coordinating with project leadership to ensure a safe working environment.

Required: 2+ years in safety within HV substation/construction; diploma; OSHA 30 preferred; additional safety certifications; travel up to 90% may be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years' safety experience in HV construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• AED/CPR/First Aid training preferred.
• Safety certifications (ASP, CSP, OHST, CHST, CUSP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project safety and health initiatives on assigned projects.
• Oversee on-site subcontractors and vendors from a safety perspective.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and conduct daily safety audits.
• Coordinate with PM and Construction Manager to ensure a safe environment.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and review safety plans and JHAs.
