Contractor Network in Winston-Salem, NC seeks an experienced Electrical Safety Director to own safety programs for electrical construction operations. You will lead audits, investigations, and corrective actions while coaching field leaders on safe work planning and hazard recognition.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills, with OSHA 30 or higher credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading safety programs for construction operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA construction standards and electrical safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support safety programs for electrical construction operations.
• Perform jobsite audits, observations, incident investigations, and corrective‑action follow‑up.
• Coach field leaders and employees on safe work planning, hazard recognition, and accountability.
• Support energized‑work planning, lockout/tagout, fall protection, excavation, lifting, and critical activities.
• Maintain safety documentation, training records, reports, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in preconstruction planning and identify safety risks before mobilization.
• Analyze trends and develop practical programs that improve safety performance.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, insurers, and regulators when required.
