Job summary

Contractor Network is seeking an experienced Electrical General Superintendent for its Winston-Salem, NC market. The role requires taking ownership of field responsibilities while ensuring safe execution, strong customer service, disciplined project controls, and profitable growth.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–12+ years in electrical construction, read drawings and NEC knowledge, and demonstrate leadership in coordinating field crews with project management.

Qualifications

• 5–12+ years of electrical field leadership experience.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of NEC and jobsite safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution and coordinate daily electrical work with project management and trade partners.
• Plan manpower, material, equipment, access, and work sequencing.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and look-ahead schedules.
• Track labor productivity, installation progress, constraints, and milestones.
• Promote safe work practices and enforce project safety requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, punch-list work, and closeout.
• Identify constructability issues early and communicate solutions.
• Develop foremen and field leaders and maintain installation standards.
