The ideal candidate has 10+ years in electrical leadership, strong project management, and excellent communication. The role emphasizes coaching, strategic planning, and relationship-building with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive electrical construction leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of project management, field operations, estimating, contracts, and financial controls.
• Ability to lead teams and manage complex projects or business units.
• Excellent business judgment, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, institutional, or mission-critical projects is valuable.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for electrical construction operations, project execution, staffing, and financial performance.
• Oversee project teams and drive safety, quality, schedule, customer service, and profitability.
• Review forecasts, backlog, staffing, risk, cash flow, and operational priorities.
• Develop project managers, superintendents, and other leaders through coaching and accountability.
• Coordinate with estimating and preconstruction on pursuits, staffing, execution strategy, and risk.
• Build relationships with customers, general contractors, owners, and industry partners.
• Support strategic planning, annual budgets, market development, and organizational growth.
• Drive consistent operating procedures, performance standards, and continuous improvement.
