Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of safety experience in electrical or industrial construction.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or senior leadership role.
• OSHA 500/510 certification and CHST/CSP or equivalent is preferred.
• First Aid/CPR and NFPA 70E training are required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Safety Coordinators and Safety Specialists assigned to project sites.
• Serve as the primary safety liaison between project management, field personnel, and corporate safety leadership.
• Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure OSHA compliance and company safety policies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific safety plans for electrical construction projects.
• Coordinate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training across multiple project sites.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses; share lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC and other electrical safety standards.
• Track safety metrics and drive continuous improvement across sites.
