Electrical Safety Director Opportunity

A confidential electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Safety Director for its Winston‑Salem, NC market. This opportunity is intended for a proven electrical construction professional who can take ownership of safety responsibilities while supporting safe execution, strong customer service, disciplined project controls, and profitable growth. The successful candidate will combine practical electrical construction knowledge with sound judgment, organization, communication, and leadership.

Experience

5–12+ years of construction safety experience is preferred, including meaningful exposure to electrical construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support safety programs for electrical construction operations.
• Perform jobsite audits, observations, incident investigations, and corrective‑action follow‑up.
• Coach field leaders and employees on safe work planning, hazard recognition, and accountability.
• Support energized‑work planning, lockout/tagout, fall protection, excavation, lifting, and critical activities.
