Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical construction.
• Demonstrated ability to lead field crews and electrical craft professionals.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code and jobsite safety.
• Strong planning, communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Large or technically complex project experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution and coordinate daily electrical work with project management and trade partners.
• Plan manpower, material, equipment, access, and work sequencing.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and look‑ahead schedules.
• Track labor productivity, installation progress, constraints, and milestones.
• Promote safe work practices and enforce project safety requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, punch‑list work, and closeout.
• Identify constructability issues early and communicate solutions.
• Develop foremen and field leaders and maintain installation standards.
