Contractor Network in Greensboro, NC is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field execution and ensure safe, efficient electrical construction for our Greensboro market.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to read drawings and schedules, and a solid knowledge of NEC and safety practices, with a focus on delivering quality, on-time projects and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–12+ years of electrical construction field leadership experience.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and jobsite safety.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution and coordinate daily electrical work with project management and trade partners.
• Plan manpower, material, equipment, access, and work sequencing.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and look-ahead schedules.
• Track labor productivity, installation progress, constraints, and milestones.
• Promote safe work practices and enforce project safety requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, punch-list work, and closeout.
• Identify constructability issues early and communicate solutions.
