Job summary

Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking a Quotations Specialist to work with the sales team to accurately estimate revenue and materials for electrical construction projects. You will gather information, prepare quotations, and collaborate with contractors, manufacturers, and agencies to provide projections and client reports.

The ideal candidate will excel at customer service, communicate effectively, and manage multiple portfolios while supporting rapid, accurate bid processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
• Experience in construction or electrical industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team and customers to understand the scope and timeline of projects.
• Attend client meetings including the transfer of the customer from sales to the Project Management team.
• Gather information required to accurately estimate and quote projects (cost, revenue, materials).
• Prepare submittals of lighting packages for customer approval.
• Obtain and maintain current information on agents’ pricing structures.
• Expedite project quotes and prepare required client reports.
• Coordinate with all departments involved in completing quotations.
• Perform other duties as requested by partners or supervisors.
