Job summary

Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from purchase orders through completion, ensuring timely, accurate billing and exceptional customer service. The role requires coordination with sales, customers, contractors, and vendors to meet project timelines and electrical scope requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, experience in construction or electrical distribution, and proficiency with Bluebeam and Excel.

Qualifications

• PM certification preferred.
• Construction or Electrical Distribution knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work with customers and provide excellent service.
• Excellent computer skills with Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multi-task while staying organized.
• Demonstrated adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
• Experience working as part of a team.
• 1-2 years' experience owning and completing projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills with exemplary phone manners.

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team and customers to understand scope and timeline of projects.
• Participate in client meetings including transition from sales to PM and jobsite coordination.
• Gather information to accurately purchase and procure material.
• Issue purchase orders to manufacturers and representatives.
• Ensure electrical scope material is received, stored, and delivered.
• Coordinate all material deliveries with customers.
• Complete accurate billing in a timely manner.
