Tailwind Applied Sciences is seeking an Electrical Project Coordinator to support the Vice President of Electrical Operations in Oklahoma City. You will serve as the central coordination point between leadership, project teams, field personnel, engineering staff, and subcontractors, ensuring projects stay on track.

The ideal candidate brings knowledge of electrical construction or industrial projects, superb organization, detailed documentation, and strong meeting coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical construction, contracting, or industrial operations.
• Strong note-taking and documentation skills.
• Organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsabilités

• Support the VP of Electrical Operations with day-to-day coordination activities.
• Attend project, operations, and leadership meetings and capture detailed meeting notes and action items.
• Track action items and follow up with responsible parties to ensure completion.
• Maintain project logs, status reports, schedules, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate communication between field teams, project managers, engineers, and leadership.
• Organize and maintain project records, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
• Assist with project startup, planning, resource tracking, and execution activities.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and operational summaries for leadership review.
• Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational reporting.
