Job summary

JE Richards Electric is seeking an experienced electrical commercial project manager to lead multiple projects from kickoff through closeout on site in Stillwater, OK. You will direct scope, schedule, procurement, budget, and client relations while coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, rigorous scheduling, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in electrical construction or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Experience as a Project Manager in electrical contracting required.
• Ability to interpret electrical blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project execution and successful completion.
• Serve as the primary client contact for delivery of projects.
• Review plans and specifications to understand project scope.
• Develop and maintain a detailed WBS aligned with the project schedule.
• Coordinate project team members and maintain open communication.
• Forecast costs, procurement, and resource utilization.
• Direct subcontractors and manage material procurement.
• Lead project meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Close out projects and perform cost reconciliation.
