Job summary

Per Sé Group seeks an Electrical Coordinator in Harrah, Oklahoma, to lead field coordination on a major power-plant construction project. You will oversee electrical contractors, review drawings, coordinate with engineering, and ensure safety and compliance with NEC/NFPA 70E/OSHA.

Bring 5+ years of industrial electrical construction experience, read complex drawings, and drive schedules and budgets to keep milestones on track while spotting issues before delays occur.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of industrial electrical construction experience.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Strong supervision/coordination of contractors and field teams.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical construction activities across a major power generation facility.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, manpower, materials, and daily field execution.
• Work with switchgear, transformers, MCCs, motors, and industrial power distribution systems.
• Review electrical drawings, resolve installation conflicts, and coordinate solutions with engineering teams.
• Monitor construction schedules, budgets, and progress to keep milestones on track.
• Verify installations meet NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and applicable quality standards.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and electrical construction closeout activities.
