Job summary

Vision Electric & Systems in Stillwater, OK seeks a Project Manager (Electrical) to provide overall administrative and technical direction for electrical projects. You will support engineering and project teams, manage profitability, and carry authority to ensure project success.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, proficiency with Procore and BIM tools, and travel to job sites nationwide. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience with knowledge of the project life cycle.
• Experience with electrical construction contractors preferred.
• Proficient in construction software (Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, BIM).
• Strong knowledge of codes, safety standards (OSHA), and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction and design to meet NEC, budget, and schedule.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders (GCs, subs, superintendents).
• Approve staffing decisions including superintendent and foremen assignments, wages, and volume.
• Direct planning, scheduling, engineering, estimating efforts.
• Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and bid proposals.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA standards.
• Maintain project documentation and logs.
• Support customer relations, sales efforts, and labor agreement adherence.
• Travel to project sites nationwide as needed.
