Job summary

Electric Power Systems is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution within their office or region, ensuring delivery in line with contractual requirements, company standards, and client expectations. You will coordinate with the Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Project Coordinators, and field personnel to drive safe, efficient, and profitable project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen due to safety sensitive position.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Able to work overtime and travel out of town as needed.
• Must have valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience installing, maintaining, testing, or repairing electrical equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and deliverables; take corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to optimize utilization.
• Maintain clear documentation of communication, decisions, and changes.
• Support field personnel with direction and scope clarity.
