Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical and automation construction projects across multiple locations in WI and beyond. The role focuses on delivering safe, profitable, high-quality projects while building strong customer relationships.

The candidate will coordinate with Estimating, Purchasing, and field teams, oversee staffing, and drive project performance through effective leadership and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years experience in the electrical field and 1 year of electrical estimating experience.
• Travel up to 100%.
• Standard work hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; additional hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects.
• Identifies and generates new business and maintains customer relationships.
• Coordinates with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination.
• Attends daily, weekly, and monthly project meetings and reviews.
